Reference Sheets:

  • Includes the following: a) one Full-Body Art (back view), b) one Full-body Art (front view), c) two Head-shot Art and d) Color Palette.

  • All illustrations in the sheet are drawn in base colors by default. Full-colored illustrations cost 150% of the agreed-upon price.

  • Additional illustrations (e.g. props, head-shot, bust-up) will cost extra.

Styles

  • BASE COLOR: Equal to base price

  • MANGA-STYLE: Equal to base price

  • FULL-COLOR: +50% of base price

terms and service

general

  • Upon commissioning me, the illustrator: the commissioner (you), have read and agreed upon ALL that is written in the Terms of Service.

  • I reserve the right to decline a commission request that I may be uncomfortable making an illustration for.

  • The commissioner may request updates once every two days.

  • The commissioner must keep in mind that the illustrator does not take rush orders.

  • Turnaround Time (TAT) only applies after moving past the sketch phase of the illustration. TAT for sketch will take 1-5 days depending on the order.

  • Delivery of the finished artwork is to be sent via G-mail or a preferred alternative.

  • I reserve the rights to post the finished commissioned artwork across my social media and compile it in my portfolio, but you may keep the offer private for an extra charge.

payment policy

  • The commissioner is required to pay 60% of the price after the approval of the sketch as initial payment, then the other 40% BEFORE sending the finished illustration.

  • You are given 1 day to provide the initial payment, after which the commission will be cancelled.

  • Refunds will NOT be available after the approval of the sketch.

  • Refunds are only available if a) the illustrator cannot continue the commissioned artwork due to health-related reasons, and b) the illustrator cannot finish the commissioned artwork within the agreed-upon deadline.

revision conditons

  • Only available at the sketch phase of the requested artwork.

  • The commissioner may only be allowed to request minor revisions three(3) times throughout the entire illustration process. Succeeding revision requests are to be charged.

  • The commissioner may also request up to one(1) major revision for an extra charge.

use

  • Credit the illustrator when posting the commissioned artwork on social media. DO NOT claim the artwork as your own.

  • Tracing of my artworks is PROHIBITED.

  • DO NOT use my artworks for anything related to Generative AI, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.

  • The commissioner is to pay twice the final price of the artwork when using the product for commercial purposes.

  • Commissions for personal use are NOT to be used for commercial purposes.

client expectations

  • Clear and direct communication is a must. Avoid giving vague instructions or descriptions of your request as much as you can.

  • Foul behavior is not tolerated. Observe decency as you communicate.

  • To avoid mistakes as much as possible, do understand that I may make more inquiries than intended regarding your request.
